We recommend assigning QA from the beginning. To maintain speed in agile development, we allocate engineers’ efforts primarily to development, while QA specialists with expertise handle quality control concurrently with project progress.
Yes, it’s possible. Solashi has Japanese staff experienced in system development project management, along with senior-level engineers and BrSEs who facilitate communication. This enables us to handle projects from upstream phases like requirement identification and definition.
Yes, it’s possible. Solashi provides effort estimates before development begins and manages the development team and QA internally. Clients communicate with the BrSE and lead engineer, focusing on progress updates and providing necessary information.
Yes, it’s possible. Solashi has BrSEs fluent in Japanese and at least one other language, who translate specifications for local engineers. Our team is well-versed in IT project management and system development, with extensive experience working with Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication without cultural gaps.

Most of Solashi’s startup and new business clients prioritize releases over detailed specifications, opting for prototype releases followed by quality improvements and feature expansions. For the first 2-3 months of a project, a senior BrSE or Japanese staff member joins to assist with progress tracking and understanding project details. You can consult the development lead anytime regarding project progress or development-related questions.
