Recently, the 2024 summer company trip was successfully held in the coastal city of Ha Long. Solashi members had the opportunity to visit famous tourist attractions in Ha Long City, such as the Quang Ninh Museum and the six-star standard Ambassador Cruise.
Day 1
We visited the Quang Ninh Museum and Library. These locations hold great cultural significance and are considered the heart of Quang Ninh province. Designed in the shape of coal and covered with black glass panels, the structure stands like a magnificent pearl beside Ha Long Bay. Located on Tran Quoc Nghien coastal road—one of the most beautiful roads in Vietnam—the museum offers a breathtaking view of Ha Long Bay, making it an unmissable check-in spot for visitors.
During the museum tour, all Solashi members participated in the 5th challenge of "Five Challenges to TakeOff." This challenge involved searching for the key to Solashi's five-year journey, symbolizing the ignition of our rocket and our "takeoff" moment. The game required keen observation and attention to detail. Through this activity, Solashi members strengthened their bonds, demonstrating teamwork and a strong determination to succeed.
On the evening of June 8, Solashi members enjoyed a buffet party while cruising around Ha Long Bay on the six-star standard Ambassador Cruise. The trip offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay at sunset, with sights including Bai Chay Bridge, Hon Gai City, and the Sun World Ferris Wheel. After the buffet, everyone experienced an exciting music program featuring DJs and dancers, followed by a spectacular fireworks show onboard.
Day 2
On June 9, all members had the unforgettable experience of exploring Ha Long Bay on their own. Despite the heavy rain, our food tour remained a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the region’s specialties such as fresh seafood, Bun Cu Ky, shellfish, and Ha Long-style tapioca yogurt at a famous local restaurant.
Highlight Event
The highlight of this trip was the Gala Dinner Night, themed "Ready to TakeOff." Held at the Diamond Place Hotel, the event brought together all Solashi employees, who collectively painted a handprint artwork with the company’s name, which was later presented to the board of directors. The Gala Dinner was an emotional journey through Solashi’s five-year history, filled with memories from all members and reflections from the leadership team. It was also a time to celebrate the company’s anniversary, with the excitement of "Five Challenges to TakeOff" reaching its peak.
At the Gala Dinner, everyone enthusiastically participated in mini-games and the "Solashi Shout Contest." The joy seemed limitless as all members united through music and the evening’s program. This event was filled with unforgettable moments that will be cherished in the hearts of all Solashi members.
After three days and two nights in Ha Long, everyone returned to Hanoi with renewed motivation, ready to work with even greater enthusiasm and efficiency.
Goodbye, beautiful Ha Long Bay! We look forward to experiencing even more exciting adventures on next year’s company trip!
