PMP Skill Up: Improving Project Management Skills through In-house Training

To enhance project management capabilities, project quality, and customer satisfaction, Solashi's executives and leadership team hold regular workshops every Thursday to share project management knowledge and processes based on PMP standards.

This workshop features the participation of 13 members, including CTO Do Tien Thanh, project managers (PMs), team leaders, and bridge system engineers (BrSEs).

During this workshop, Solashi’s PMs and leaders discussed the following topics:

・Information and knowledge about efficient and professional project management
・Deepening understanding of project processes
・Enhancing risk management capabilities
・Strengthening leadership and problem-solving skills

By engaging in learning topics while interacting with colleagues, this training helped formalize and share knowledge within the team. Additionally, tackling challenges in group-based work formats encouraged dynamic discussions, ultimately strengthening team relationships.

Moving forward, Solashi will continue conducting internal training sessions.
These sessions are not limited to PMs and leaders but will be open to all employees to share knowledge (including tacit knowledge) and improve skills. We believe in the culture of learning not only from teachers but also from colleagues and friends. By fostering this mindset, Solashi aims to enhance project efficiency and better fulfill customer requests.
